They are senior-level professionals with more than 40 years of experience in their consecutive fields. They each have an accomplished career in exhibition, trade fair, and conference organization, and are currently the founders and managing partners behind the renowned HACE-HOTEL EXPO [Hotel and Catering Equipment Exhibition], which takes place annually, as well as several other noteworthy Expos.
As successful business owners with a track-record of multiple achievements, they are a trio recognized in Egypt and the Middle East as the go-to team of leaders with a unique and effective management style when it comes to developing world-class exhibitions and trade fairs.
These founders developed the first private sector company for organizing exhibitions, known as The HACE at Semiramis Intercontinental Hotel back in 1988. Parallel to the exhibition, they also masterminded Egypts first ever conference focused on skill development for food and beverage managers within the region, in cooperation with Cornell University (U.S.A), hence creating the Association for Food and Beverage Managers

Cooperated with European Development (France) for the Middle East and Africa selection of the "coupe du monde de la Boulangerie"
Contributed in the Human Resources Management Conference in cooperation Lausanne Hotel School (Switzerland).
Contributed in a workshop with PadovaCountry (Italy) for the Italian industry.
Participated in a workshop (Lactimed) about promoting Mediterranean dairy products in cooperation with the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce
Contributed to bringing in Egyptian trade visitors in international exhibitions such as: - Hotel and restaurant Equipment exhibition 2005 (Turkey) - N.R.A Chicago 1990 (U.S.A)
